ABOUT US It was established in 1994 and reorganized in 2006. Its Secretariat is located in Beijing. ISA (Isocyanates Sub-Association) is a secondary branch of China Polyurethane Industry Association (CPUIA). Members: manufacturers producing isocyanate in China or producing isocyanate overseas, and building a systematic material center in China.  |
